All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returned items once an order has been shipped.
Damaged or lost packages
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, customers are required to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier or postal service.
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect address
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
